New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build E while passing over the far S waters today into tonight.
Developing low pressure will pass S of the waters later today and
tonight. A cold front will move over the waters Mon, and then
weaken and dissipate Mon night. High pressure will rapidly move E
across the waters Tue, and then shift well E of the waters Tue
night while maintaining a ridge across the area. Low pressure and
yet another associated cold front will approach the waters Wed,
then cross the region Wed night. High pressure will again build E
across the waters Thu and Thu night.
