offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge will move E
across the S waters tonight through Sun night, while a warm
front lifts N across the Gulf of Maine. A strong cold front will
approach from the W Mon into Tue night, then slowly move E over
the waters late Tue night through Thu. Another ridge will build
E into the waters Thu night.
