offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move SE
across the region tonight, stall S of the waters Thu and Thu
night, then lift back N across the waters as a warm front Fri and
Fri night. A weak cold front will move across the waters late
Fri night into Sat, stall just S of the area Sat night, then lift
NE into the waters as a warm front Sun. Developing low pressure
will move NE along the coast and then into the waters late Sun
into Sun night while lifting the warm front over the region. A
cold front will move E across the waters Sun night into Mon. A
secondary cold front will pass E over the area Mon night while
high pressure builds NE toward the coast.
