New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over
the waters will persist today and tonight, then slowly shift E
of the region Fri into Fri night. Low pressure will move off the
Mid-Atlantic coast today, then drift E and SE tonight into Fri
while remaining S of the waters. The low will then move E and NE
while weakening Fri night into Sat. A cold front will move SE
across the area Sat into Sat night. High pressure will build S of
the waters Sun and Sun night, then shift E of the region Mon and
Mon night. Another cold front will move over the waters Mon and
Mon night as low pressure passes S of the area.
