offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure across the
waters will move E of the area tonight as weak low pressure
approaches from the S. The low will cross the western portion of
waters Wed, and pass NE of the waters Wed night as another low
forms to the S of the region. The low will intensify and pass SE
f the waters Thu into Thu night as high pressure builds over the
SE states. High pressure will pass S of the waters Fri through
Sat night. A cold front will approach from the N late Sat, move
SE across the waters Sat night and Sun, and pass S of the area
Sun night while weakening.
