FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NASHVILLE TN
542 AM CDT WED JUL 23 2014

.DISCUSSION...
A GOOD CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND TSTMS IS IN THE FORECAST TODAY AND
THROUGH THURSDAY. THE COMBINATION OF A SLOW MOVING UPPER LEVEL LOW
OVER THE DEEP SOUTH AND AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT FROM THE NORTH
ARE PROVIDING THE ELEVATED RAINFALL CHANCES.

AFTER THE FRONT MOVES SOUTH OF THE AREA ON THURSDAY...DRIER
WEATHER IS EXPECTED. HOWEVER...ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL BRING A
GOOD CHANCE OF RAINFALL ON SUNDAY. DRIER AND COOLER AIR WILL
FOLLOW.
