.DISCUSSION...

RH values will remain in the 50 to 60 percent range today. Even with
winds gusting out of the south at 20 to 25 knots, there should be
enough moisture to keep fire weather concerns at a minimum. Showers
and thunderstorms will begin to move into Middle Tennessee Saturday
morning. Some storms may become strong to severe on Saturday
afternoon and evening. Wind gusts may be slightly higher on Saturday
with gusts 25 to 30 knots possible. Precip may be heavy at times on
Saturday evening and into Sunday morning. Rainfall totals over half
an inch will be possible from Saturday morning through Sunday.
