HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE MIDWEST. HIGHS WILL BE IN THE
50S...WITH LOWS TONIGHT IN THE 30S MOST LOCATIONS...WITH EVEN A FEW
UPPER 20S WELL NORTH AND WEST OF NEW YORK CITY. THERE WILL ALSO BE
PLENTY OF CLOUDS TODAY...BUT THEN SKIES CLEAR THIS EVENING.

IN ADDITION...THE COMBINATION OF STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND A
DRYING AIRMASS WILL ELEVATE THE THREAT OF WILDFIRE SPREAD...
ESPECIALLY ON THURSDAY.
