THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR RAIN UNDER MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES TONIGHT AS
A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES HEADS
NORTHWARD. THE RAIN WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN AND WESTERN PORTIONS OF
THE AREA LATE TONIGHT...MOVING NORTHWARD AND OVERSPREADING THE REST
OF THE AREA BY THURSDAY MORNING. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE
LOWER 50S INLAND...TO AROUND 60 ALONG THE COAST.

THE RAIN CONTINUES INTO THURSDAY...COMING DOWN MODERATE TO HEAVY AT
TIMES. WINDS WILL BE BREEZY...OUT OF THE NORTHEAST...WITH GUSTS OF
30 TO 35 MPH POSSIBLE...MAINLY ACROSS LONG ISLAND. THE CLOUDS AND
RAIN WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES ON THE COOL SIDE...60S REGION-WIDE.

THE LOW WILL PUSH AWAY FROM THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE
WILL BUILD IN BEHIND THE SYSTEM FOR FRIDAY. WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED...WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 70S. THERE MAY BE SOME LINGERING
RAIN OVER EASTERN AREAS VERY EARLY ON...BUT MUCH OF THE DAY WILL BE
DRY HOWEVER.
