Another dry day is expected as high pressure approaches the region
today. Gusty northwest winds will continue as low pressure over
the Canadian Maritimes tracks northeast away from the region.
Temperatures today will be near normal, in the upper 30s to
around 40.

The tri-state will undergo a warming trend for the weekend as
high pressure transitions offshore and winds become more southerly
Friday night into Saturday. Saturday will see highs well into the
50s for a majority of the area, with 60 possible across portions
of northeast New Jersey. Cooler readings can be expected along the
coast. Similar conditions can be expected on Sunday.
