BLACK ICE ON UNTREATED SURFACES. THIS WILL RESULT IN SLICK SPOTS
ON ROADS AND WALKWAYS.

FALLING INTO THE TEENS BEHIND AN ARCTIC FRONT THIS MORNING WILL
RESULT IN SUB-ZERO WIND CHILLS BY MID TO LATE MORNING WHICH WILL
CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY.
