MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES. IF REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE ENCOUNTERED...REDUCE SPEED AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS. $$
