Cloud cover will slowly erode late this morning through this
afternoon, as winds increase from the east to around 5 to 10 mph.
High temperatures will depend greatly on how fast the clouds
dissipate, but should make it into the lower 70s. This will drop
RH to around 40 percent by late this afternoon.

party cloudy (40-50 percent).
