.DISCUSSION...
Patchy fog may linger through 11 AM to Noon CST, primarily in low lying
areas and west and north of the burn site. Satellite imagery shows much of
the remaining fog has dissipated near the site. The chance of rain begins
after noon, with the best chances for showers and thunderstorms beginning
between 3 PM and 4 PM CST. Consistent south winds, around 10 mph, with
gusts to around 15 through the afternoon can be expected. With rain
expected, relative humidity values will only dip into the lower 70s this
afternoon. The greatest shower and thunderstorm chances will likely shift
eastward between 8 and 9 PM, with lingering rain chances overnight.

                    thunderstorms early in the afternoon. Chance of
