.DISCUSSION...There will be a wind shift today as cold front passes
over Fairview. Front will shift winds to northwest around noon.
Showers and storms will be possible ahead of an near this front, with
rain chances decreasing through the evening. Storms will be capable
of excessive rain and strong winds.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
