WINDS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING AND
INTO THIS AFTERNOON. IT`S UNCLEAR WHETHER AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY...CURRENTLY
LOCATED ACROSS CENTRAL OK...WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE WINDS AT THE BURN
SITE LATER TODAY. FOR NOW...WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY DRASTIC SHIFTS FROM THE
EAST. WILL UPDATE IF NECESSARY. EXPECT MIN RH AROUND 40 PERCENT THIS
AFTERNOON WITH HIGHS NEAR 90.
