A FEW HOURS OF THIS WIND SHIFT WE COULD SEE A BRIEF PERIOD OF
SLIGHTLY HIGHER GUSTS. BY 3 PM AND LATER THE WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO
VEER AROUND TO EAST. A RETURN TO SOUTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED ON SATURDAY.
