ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY: LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS: DENSE FOG WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS
  BY MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO SEE...ESPECIALLY NEAR SUNRISE.
