CDT THURSDAY. A HIGH WIND WATCH HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS HIGH

TONIGHT.

* TIMING: LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. THE
  STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED NEAR AND JUST AFTER SUNSET.

* WINDS: 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS: STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT ON EAST
  AND WEST ROADS. LIGHTER OUTDOOR OBJECTS THAT ARE NOT ANCHORED
