THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CST
THIS EVENING. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...11 AM TO 7 PM.

* WIND...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS 20 TO 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...15 TO 25 PERCENT.

* TEMPERATURE...65 TO 80 DEGREES.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
