AT 728 AM CDT...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING ALONG AN
OUTFLOW BOUNDARY IN NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.  THE STORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE FROM PONCA CITY TO STILLWATER AND CUSHING.  WIND GUSTS
TO 40 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG AND BEHIND THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY.
