...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Logan and
southwestern Payne Counties through 715 AM CDT...

At 645 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Guthrie, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 30 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Guthrie, Langston, and Coyle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
