RAIN WERE ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LINDSAY
TO NEAR IOWA PARK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF
AROUND ONE INCH PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE HEAVIER
THUNDERSTORMS. THIS MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING OR
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
