AT 1038 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were along a line extending from
4 miles west of Hobart to 6 miles southwest of Tom Steed Reservoir to
3 miles southwest of Tipton, moving east at 30 MPH.

Wind gusts over 50 MPH...
Minor flooding in areas of poor drainage...
