3 miles southwest of Dale to 4 miles west of Shawnee to 3 miles
northwest of St. Louis, moving northeast at 55 MPH.

Hail up to one-half inch diameter...
Wind gusts to 50 MPH...
Minor flooding in areas of poor drainage...
