KEMP...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

HAZARDS INCLUDE...
WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH...
MINOR FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE...
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...
IN ADDITION...WEAK ROTATION HAS BEEN NOTED WITH THESE STORMS...AND
BRIEF FUNNEL CLOUDS MAY OCCUR. BE ALERT FOR ADDITIONAL WARNINGS
