ANY SNOW ACCUMULATION THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING WILL BE WELL UNDER
AN INCH AND IS NOT EXPECTED TO CAUSE ANY TRAVEL PROBLEMS. THERE IS

A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST THURSDAY.

* EVENT: FOUR TO SIX INCHES OF SNOW WILL OCCUR IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA
  BEFORE NOON THURSDAY. SOME AREAS NEAR I-40 FROM ELK CITY TO
  SAYRE TO CLINTON MAY RECEIVE MORE THAN SIX INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING: ANY RAIN WILL SWITCH OVER TO SNOW ACROSS THE ENTIRE
  WARNING AREA BY 5 AM. SNOW WILL END BY NOON ON THURSDAY.

* MAIN IMPACT: ACCUMULATION WILL OCCUR FOR SEVERAL HOURS FIRST ON
  GRASS AND ELEVATED VEGETATION. AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...THE
  GROUND WILL HAVE COOLED SUFFICIENTLY TO ALLOW ACCUMULATION ON
  ROADWAYS AND BARE SURFACES. DRIVING ON I-40 WEST OF WEATHERFORD
  LATE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY WILL LIKELY BECOME DIFFICULT.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
TO NOON CST THURSDAY.

* EVENT: ONE TO FOUR INCHES OF SNOW WILL INITIALLY ACCUMULATE ON
  GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES. AFTER THE GROUND COOLS LATER
  TONIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...SOME SNOW MAY ACCUMULATE
  ON BARE GROUND AND ROADWAYS.

* TIMING: MIDNIGHT UNTIL NOON THURSDAY. RAIN WILL TURN OVER TO
  SNOW WEST TO EAST TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING. THE SWITCH OVER
  TO SNOW NEAR OKLAHOMA CITY...WICHITA FALLS...AND LAWTON WILL
  LIKELY NOT OCCUR UNTIL AFTER 2 AM TONIGHT.

* MAIN IMPACT: DRIVING EARLY THURSDAY MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS FROM
  SNOW ON ROADWAYS. TEMPERATURES MAY BE NEAR FREEZING.
