THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS
EVENING.

* EVENT: AREAS OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND FREEZING DRIZZLE THIS
  MORNING MAY CAUSE SOME SLICK SPOTS ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES
  BEFORE CHANGING TO SNOW. SNOW TOTALS BY EVENING WILL AVERAGE
  ONE TO TWO INCHES...BUT HIGHER TOTALS WILL BE POSSIBLE AROUND
  QUANAH AND ALTUS AREAS.

* TIMING: AREAS OF FREEZING RAIN AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CHANGE
  TO SNOW BEFORE NOON AS COLDER AIR MOVES OVER SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA
  AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES BY
  EVENING.

* MAIN IMPACT: ROADS...BRIDGES...SIDEWALKS...AND PARKING LOTS IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA MAY BECOME SLICK AND HAZARDOUS AS SNOW
  ACCUMULATES.

* EVENT: WIDESPREAD ONE TO TWO INCH SNOW AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED
  THROUGH THE DAY TODAY WITH AMOUNTS OF THREE TO FOUR INCHES
  POSSIBLE OVER NORTHWEST AND NORTH-CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.

* TIMING: SNOW WILL SHIFT TO THE EAST AND SOUTH THROUGH THE DAY
  WITH SNOW STARTING IN THE OKLAHOMA CITY METRO AREA BY LATE
  MORNING. ALL OF THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES BY
  EVENING...ENDING FROM WEST TO EAST.

* MAIN IMPACT: ROADS...BRIDGES...SIDEWALKS...AND PARKING LOTS IN
