WEATHER ADVISORY FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON CST THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING
HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* EVENT: ONE TO FOUR INCHES OF SNOW WILL INITIALLY ACCUMULATE ON
  GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES. AFTER THE GROUND COOLS LATER
  TONIGHT...SOME SNOW MAY ACCUMULATE ON BARE GROUND AND ROADWAYS.

* TIMING: MIDNIGHT UNTIL NOON THURSDAY.

* MAIN IMPACT: DRIVING EARLY THURSDAY MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS FROM
  SNOW ON ROADWAYS. TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR FREEZING.

* EVENT: FOUR TO SIX INCHES OF SNOW WILL OCCUR IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA
  BEFORE MID-DAY THURSDAY. SOME AREAS NEAR I-40 FROM ELK CITY TO
  SAYRE TO CLINTON TO WEATHERFORD MAY RECEIVE MORE THAN SIX INCHES
  OF SNOW.

* TIMING: SNOW WILL SPREAD SOUTH AND EAST THROUGH THE NIGHT. SNOW
  WILL LIKELY END MID-DAY THURSDAY.

* MAIN IMPACT: ACCUMULATION WILL OCCUR FOR SEVERAL HOURS FIRST ON
  GRASS AND ELEVATED VEGETATION. AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...THE
  GROUND WILL HAVE COOLED SUFFICIENTLY TO ALLOW ACCUMULATION ON
  ROADWAYS AND BARE SURFACES. DRIVING ON I-40 WEST OF WEATHERFORD
  LATE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY WILL LIKELY BECOME DIFFICULT.
