THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR WESTERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN
CANCELLED.

* EVENT: ONE TO TWO INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE
  POSSIBLE...MAINLY ON GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES...THOUGH SOME
  AREA ROADS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES...MAY BECOME
  SLICK AND HAZARDOUS DURING THE MORNING HOURS.

* TIMING: LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL DIMINISH THROUGH THE
  MORNING. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF AN INCH OR TWO WILL BE
  POSSIBLE... BUT THE CHANCE FOR ADDITIONAL HEAVY SNOW HAS
  DIMINISHED.

* MAIN IMPACT: DRIVING EARLY THURSDAY MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS FROM
  SNOW ON ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES AND IN
  AREAS THAT RECEIVED HEAVIER SNOWFALL OVERNIGHT.

  INCHES THIS MORNING...MAINLY ON GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES.
  SOME AREA ROADS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES...MAY BE
  SLICK AND HAZARDOUS DURING THE MORNING HOURS.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MIX WITH AND/OR TRANSITION TO
  SNOW FROM WEST TO EAST THIS MORNING. SNOW WILL LIKELY BEGIN TO
  TRANSITION BACK OVER TO A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW...OR ALL RAIN
  BY LATE MORNING.
