THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL NOON CST TODAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN
CANCELLED...AS THE HEAVIEST SNOW LOOKS TO HAVE MOVED SOUTH OF THE
REGION...AND ONLY LIGHT ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED.

* EVENT: THE HEAVIEST SNOW HAS ENDED...BUT LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY
  MODERATE SNOW MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF
  AROUND ONE TO TWO INCHES.

* TIMING: SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST LATE MORNING...THEN
  MAY MIX WITH OR TRANSITION BACK OVER TO RAIN BEFORE ENDING BY
  EARLY AFTERNOON.

* MAIN IMPACT: DRIVING WILL LIKELY BE DANGEROUS ALONG I-40 AND
  OTHER ROADS THIS MORNING...AS SUBSTANTIAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
  WILL HAVE OCCURRED. SNOW WILL SLOWLY MELT THROUGH THE
  DAY...ALLOWING FOR SOME IMPROVEMENT BY THE AFTERNOON.

* EVENT: MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOW CONTINUES THIS
  MORNING...AND ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL OF UP TO FOUR INCHES MAY OCCUR
  THIS MORNING. SOME AREAS NEAR I-40 FROM ELK CITY TO SAYRE TO
  CLINTON MAY RECEIVE MORE THAN SIX INCHES OF SNOW BY THE TIME
  SNOW ENDS.

* TIMING: MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH
  AROUND NOON TODAY.

* MAIN IMPACT: SUBSTANTIAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE LIKELY ON AREA
  ROADS...BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. DRIVING ON I-40 AND OTHER ROADS
  WEST OF WEATHERFORD WILL BE DANGEROUS AS SNOW CONTINUES TO
  ACCUMULATE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.

  POSSIBLE...MAINLY ON GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES...THOUGH SOME
  AREA ROADS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES...MAY BECOME
  SLICK AND HAZARDOUS DURING THE MORNING HOURS.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MIX WITH AND/OR TRANSITION TO SNOW
  FROM WEST TO EAST THIS MORNING. SNOW WILL LIKELY BEGIN TO
  TRANSITION BACK OVER TO A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW...OR ALL RAIN BY
  LATE MORNING.

* MAIN IMPACT: DRIVING EARLY THURSDAY MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS FROM
