...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT FOR
OHIO...NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL AND SOUTHERN BROOKE COUNTIES...

AT 423 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. THE HEAVIEST
RAIN IS BEGINNING TO SHIFT TO THE EAST, HOWEVER, MORE RAIN IS
EXPECTED INTO THE EARLY EVENING.

THIS INCLUDES  INTERSTATE 70 IN WEST VIRGINIA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 6
AND 14.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
