WESTMORELAND...WASHINGTON AND ALLEGHENY COUNTIES...

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED THAT THE HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED
ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...HOWEVER RUN OFF FROM THE STORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO CAUSE FLOODING.

UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. A RAIN GAGE
IN ELIZABETH BORO RECEIVED 1.55 INCHES FROM THE STORMS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF
SMALL STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND
OTHER LOW-LYING AREAS.
