...The flood advisory continues for the Ohio River...

  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

.Runoff of recent rainfall and reservoir releases are keeping
the Ohio river at the Point in Pittsburgh above action stage.
The river is expected to remain above action stage through early
next week as additional rainfall is expected through the weekend.

The Flood Advisory is extended for
  The Ohio River At Pittsburgh.
* until Tuesday morning.
* At 08PM Wednesday the stage was 20.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 24.7 feet early Saturday
  morning.
* Impact...At 24.5 feet, The fountain in Point State Park is flooded.
  At 23 feet Clemente Park is flooded.
  At 22.7 feet, water reaches the top of rail of the B & O
  railroad on the North Side of Pittsburgh.
  At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods.
  At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower
  areas of the North Shore Riverwalk.
  At 19.5 feet the Mon Parking Wharf is completely flooded.
