...The flood advisory continues for the Ohio River...
  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

.Widespread moderate to heavy rain over the past 24 to 36
hours combined with large amounts of snow melt across the
region are creating large rises all through the Monongahela
River basin. These rises caused the Ohio River at the Point
in Pittsburgh to rise above 18.0 feet to 21.9 feet at
1045 AM this morning. This fell just short of flooding the
10th Street Bypass.

The Ohio river at the Point in Pittsburgh is expected to
slowly fall today, but is not expected to fall below 18.0
feet until noon on Friday.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Ohio River At Pittsburgh.
* until Friday morning.
* At 1PM Thursday the stage was 21.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will fall to near 21.4 feet this evening.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods.
