...The flood warning is cancelled for the following rivers in West
Virginia...

  Ohio River At Moundsville affecting Marshall County.

.The Ohio river is falling steadily this afternoon and will continue
fall over the next 48 hours. Most locations along the Upper Ohio
river have fallen below flood stage, though they will remain well
above action stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE: Do not drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than it appears. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather radio for later
developments.

The River Flood Warning is cancelled for,
  The Ohio River At Moundsville.
* At  6:00 PM Sunday the stage was 36.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at  5:08 PM Sunday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 30.8 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 38.0 feet, North Marshall Street in Bentwood, WV is
  closed with Rite-Aid, Taco Bell and KFC impacted.
