...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in
Pennsylvania...

  Monongahela River At Point Marion affecting Fayette and Greene
  Counties

.  Warm temperatures and widespread heavy rains have caused significant
rises on both the Cheat River and the Monongahela River. These rises
are resulting in additional releases from Lake Lynn are causing some
backwater rises in Point Marion. These rises are raise the flood
category to moderate flooding at Point Marion with a crest of 27.7
feet at Point Marion tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

safety message...Do not drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than it appears. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather radio for later
developments.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Monongahela River At Point Marion.
* from this afternoon to Thursday morning...Or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  3:15 PM Wednesday the stage was 26.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 27.7 feet by this
  evening. The river will fall below flood stage early tomorrow.
* Impact...At 27.5 feet...Flood waters reach the access road to Point
  Marion Locks and Dam about 0.8 of a mile below the dam.
