...The flood advisory continues for the Ohio River...
  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

.Residual runoff of recent rainfall and minor reservoir
releases are keeping the Ohio river at the Point in Pittsburgh
above action stage. The river is expected to remain above
action stage through much of this week with additional rainfall
expected.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Ohio River At Pittsburgh.
* until Sunday afternoon.
* At 09PM Tuesday the stage was 20.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 21.0 feet after midnight
  tonight. The river should then fall to 19.8 feet Thursday
  morning before rising again to 20.9 feet by Friday morning.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods.
  At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower
  areas of the North Shore Riverwalk.
  At 19.5 feet the Mon Parking Wharf is completely flooded.
  At 19 feet water begins to flow onto the North Shore Riverwalk
  between the stadiums.
