  warned area. Flooding is ongoing on several roads near Monongahela.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown. Most flood fatalities occur in vehicles.

Runoff from heavy rainfall will flood small streams, poor-drainage
areas and low-lying spots.
