TEMPERATURE IS 95 DEGREES WHICH WAS LAST SET IN 1887.  THE MINIMUM
TEMPERATURE WAS 33.  THE RECORD MINIMUM TEMPERATURE IS 26 DEGREES
WHICH WAS LAST SET IN 1970.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 60.6
