THE PITTSBURGH PA CLIMATE SUMMARY FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 2017.
THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE PERIOD WAS 76.  THE NORMAL MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE IS 37.  THE RECORD MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS 77 DEGREES
WHICH WAS SET IN 1900.  THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WAS 13.  THE RECORD
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE IS -20 DEGREES WHICH WAS SET IN 1899.  THE
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 40.6 DEGREES WHICH IS 9.5 DEGREES ABOVE THE
NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 31.1 DEGREES.  THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE
DID NOT EXCEED 90 DEGREES.  THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE DROPPED BELOW 32
