THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE PERIOD WAS 91.  THE RECORD MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE IS 102 DEGREES WHICH WAS SET IN 1881.  THE MINIMUM
TEMPERATURE WAS 45.  THE RECORD MINIMUM TEMPERATURE IS 31 DEGREES
WHICH WAS SET IN 1959.  THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 66.4 DEGREES
WHICH IS 2.3 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 64.1
