Past 24 hour precipitation...
Rainfall over the past 24 hours was restricted to southwest
Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. Rainfall totals
ranged from 0.25 to 1.25 inches. There were isolated areas
with rainfall up to 1.50 inches across sections of northern
West Virginia.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is
forecast to range from a trace to 0.10 inches across portions
of northern West Virginia and western Pennsylvania.

River trends...
The Monongahela, Youghiogheny and Upper Ohio Rivers are forecast
to rise over the next 48 hours in response to the recent rainfall.
However, no rises will approach action stages on area rivers.
