and Northern WV ranged from 2.00 inches to 3.00 inches
but 4.00 to 5.00 inches fell in several places.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Another 1.00 inch is likely over Southwest PA, and Northern WV.

River trends...
The Ohio,  Monongahela, Cheat and Youghiogheny Rivers will be rising.
The Allegheny and Muskingum Rivers will be falling.
