...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT
FOR NORTHERN JEFFERSON...SOUTHEASTERN COLUMBIANA...NORTHEASTERN
CARROLL...WESTERN BEAVER AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...

At 1251 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest
of Lisbon, or 10 miles northwest of Wellsville, moving east at 45
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
         outages.

Locations impacted include...
East Liverpool, Beaver Falls, Wellsville, New Brighton, Beaver,
Calcutta, Ohioville, Lisbon, Midland, Chester, Industry,
Shippingport, Patterson Township, Big Beaver, Salineville, West
Mayfield, Newell, Koppel, Bridgewater, and Patterson Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for east central
Ohio...and northern West Virginia.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
