.DISCUSSION...Cold upper level low will remain over the Pacific
northwest through Friday. This will result in periods of rain and
higher elevation snow. Temperatures will be 5-15 degrees below
normal. Breezy westerly winds can be expected through Wednesday.
High pressure will build into the region by the weekend and
continue into the middle of next week. This will bring dry and
warmer conditions.
