Winds will be increasing through the morning before peaking between 11 AM and 3 PM. Winds will slowly slacken through the evening as skies clear overnight into Wednesday due to an upper level ridge infiltrating into the region from the west. Excellent overnight recoveries are expected, with high temperatures increasing about 10 degrees and minimum humidities dropping 20 to 25% on Wednesday. .TUESDAY...
