.DISCUSSION...There is a ridge of high pressure passing over the
region today ahead of an approaching weather system. Will see
increasing high clouds today then increasing chance of rain in
the late afternoon and evening followed by rain overnight and
Saturday. Southerly winds increase today ahead of the system
followed by a wind shift on Saturday and cooler conditions.

                    then increasing clouds becoming mostly cloudy
                    (75-90 percent). Chance of rain late in the
                    late afternoon and evening.
