* TIMING AND TIDES...LOW TIDE ALONG THE OCEAN FRONT MONDAY WILL
  BE BETWEEN 5:30 PM AND 7:00 PM.

* OUTLOOK...THE THREAT FOR DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS WILL LIKELY BE
  HIGH FOR MUCH OF THE UPCOMING WEEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SWIM NEAR A LIFEGUARD. IF CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT, RELAX AND
FLOAT. DON`T SWIM AGAINST THE CURRENT. IF ABLE, SWIM IN A
DIRECTION FOLLOWING THE SHORELINE. IF UNABLE TO ESCAPE, FACE THE
SHORE AND CALL OR WAVE FOR HELP.
