  SOUTHERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY...

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT

* AT 130 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  MILLVILLE...CUMBERLAND...LAUREL LAKE...GREENWICH...FORTESQUE...
  FAIRTON...BRICKSBORO...BIVALVE...PORT NORRIS...MAURICETOWN...
